For the Tertianum Lindenhof home in Orpund, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a Registered Nurse HF/FH/DNII as RAI-NH responsible 70-100% Your tasks • You are notably responsible for guaranteeing the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual bases • You monitor the care process based on RAI-LTCF in our institution and control it by sampling • You supervise and guide in an appropriate manner all persons involved in the care process with RAI-LTCF • You organize relevant internal training on RAI • You control the accuracy and traceability of MDS codings related to care load groups based on care documentation • You participate actively in quality management by interpreting RAI quality indicators Your profile • Completed tertiary level training (HF or FH) • Several years of professional experience in long-term care • RAI LTCF expert course certificate is an asset (at minimum supervisor training) • In-depth knowledge of RAI-LTCF and interest in actively developing this field at Tertianum Lindenhof • Understanding of care financing and service billing • Very good IT skills (MS-Office, RAI-Soft and CareCoach an asset) • Passion for coaching, directing and supporting employees • Efficient, solution-oriented and process-oriented way of working • Open, respectful attitude and pleasure in collaborating within an interdisciplinary team Why Tertianum?
