The thermal leisure complex of Bains de Saillon, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, brings together several activities: a thermal space composed of baths, a mayens wellness village with saunas and Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Spa Cinq Mondes space, a fitness center, and a hotel space with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants.
Your profile:
CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and administration
Knowledge of Proconcept, Micros and Fidelio software would be a plus
Proficiency in common IT tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Organized, precise and punctual
Your tasks:
Management and processing of supplier invoices (entry, allocation, payment, filing) Management of debtors and litigation
Entry of accounting entries
Accounting and control of various cash accounts (banks, cash desks)
Management of administration mail, e-mails and telephones
Preparation of statistics
General administration (minutes, correspondence, various follow-ups)
Filing, archives, organization
Various administrative tasks and support to the Management
