With this vision, we are committed at the Friederika Stiftung so that young people with learning disabilities find their place in our society. In eight professional fields, we offer around 40 young people the opportunity of a Practical Training PrA according to INSOS, an EBA certificate training, or a professional maturity year within the framework of the special elementary school. Most learners attend the in-house vocational school and/or live in one of our four residential groups.

For one of our residential groups, we are looking for as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement

a social pedagogue (female/male) ##

Employment degree 60-70%

Your tasks

• You accompany and promote the learners in their daily training as well as in their leisure activities.
• You support and accompany the learners in their tasks within the community.
• You undertake key person work and work interdisciplinarily with the school and the training company.
• You plan and realize projects and actively contribute your ideas.
• You prepare the weekly residential school lessons and help shape them.
• The assumption of PA accompaniments is possible.
• You undertake 4-5 night on-call services per month.

Your profile

• You have basic training in social pedagogy or an equivalent specialization, ideally supplemented by a PA qualification.
• You work independently, set priorities in a targeted manner, and actively contribute your ideas in the team and in project groups.
• You maintain an appreciative manner of interaction and work in a resource- and solution-oriented way.
• You enjoy accompanying learners in everyday life and guiding them in practical life activities such as cooking and housekeeping.
• Flexibility, organizational talent, and initiative characterize you.
