Share What can you expect? ## • Pre- and post-processing of customer conversations for our corporate customer advisors. Possibility of selective participation in customer conversations • All administrative matters related to financing, account management, card business and payment transactions • Receiving and handling of telephone customer inquiries • Coordination of balance sheet analyses as well as monitoring and execution of the dunning process for annual accounts • Practical trainer for our trainees What do you bring? ## • Completed banking training or equivalent training with experience in banking • Knowledge in credit business as well as experience in the corporate customer sector is an advantage • Interested and customer-oriented personality with a winning demeanor • Independent, precise and responsible way of working • Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of teamwork
