The Stiftung Eichholz offers 47 residential and employment places for people with a mental impairment and/or an addiction disorder. In 30 single rooms, 2 studios, 12 residential group places, 3 external residential group places and an atelier, we support service users individually, with professional competence and solution-oriented in the design of their everyday life. There is also the possibility for service users to participate in internal employment in the kitchen, housekeeping or facility management. The internal employment is conducted within the framework of the daily structure without pay and is also available to external persons.

Your tasks:

• Case-leading reference person work and building sustainable relationships
• Individual support in living and coexistence
• Co-responsibility for activities and everyday life design
• Management of the electronic resident documentation
• Internal and external interdisciplinary cooperation
• Co-responsibility in medical and psychiatric issues
• Accompanying even in challenging phases of life

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in the above-mentioned professional fields
• Experience in accompanying people with mental impairments and/or addiction disorders
• Calm, clarity and professional action even in crisis situations
• Independence and good self-management
• An appreciative, reflective and clear attitude
• Motivation to reliably accompany people even in phases of resistance
• Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
