Among other things, you will learn: * Preparation of products and serving customers according to high quality standards * Organizing work and working effectively in a team * Understanding and applying restaurant work processes * Quality assurance, hygiene, and safety * Taking on more responsibility step by step in different positions As your training progresses, you will also be introduced to: * Work planning and team organization * Cost control and resource management * The basics of marketing and customer satisfaction * Principles of personnel management Your training Your EFZ training lasts 3 years and includes: * Practical training directly in the restaurant * Courses in vocational school to deepen theoretical knowledge * Inter-company courses to link theory and practice Your Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) is a solid foundation for your professional future at McDonald's or in gastronomy.
