Employee for Housekeeping & Breakfast Service 50-60% on an hourly wage

Hotel Spalentor Basel is seeking immediately or by agreement a motivated and upright employee for the Housekeeping and Breakfast Service department. Your tasks: In the Housekeeping department, you are responsible for cleaning the rooms and public areas according to established quality standards. You carry out basic cleaning according to the cleaning plan and maintain our terry cloth laundry in our in-house laundry. In the Breakfast Service, you serve our international guests with a charming smile, operate the breakfast buffet, prepare hot beverages such as coffee, tea, Ovomaltine, etc., do the mise en place for the next day, and always comply with food laws and hygiene regulations. Our Breakfast and Housekeeping team works in 3 shifts: • Breakfast kitchen: starts at 06.00h or 06.30h on weekends/holidays • Breakfast service: starts at 06.30h or 07.00h on weekends/holidays • Housekeeping: starts at 08.00h or 08.30h on weekends/holidays The end of work is between 14.00 and 16.00, depending on the workload. We always comply with the legal regulations regarding breaks and working hours.
