Temporary reinforcement of design (m/f) 100% The company Metroglas AG, based in Affoltern am Albis, is a 100% subsidiary of the company Metrohm AG in Herisau. With around 80 employees, Metroglas AG develops and produces sensors for the worldwide sale of Metrohm AG products. To reinforce our design team, we are looking for a responsible person, starting immediately or by arrangement, for 6 months as a Temporary reinforcement of design (m/f) 100% Your tasks/responsibility: Preparing, structuring, filtering, and evaluating extensive article and data in Excel and in the PDM system (Windchill) Supplementing, checking, and maintaining article, material, and technical data for our products, specifically: classifying and attributing our articles Researching relevant information in drawings, technical documentation, and other documents Working with the systems CREO, Windchill, and Microsoft Dynamics AX Ensuring the completeness, consistency, and quality of the recorded data Independently obtaining missing information from contact persons in the responsible specialist departments Coordinating and aligning data- and documentation-related topics with internal interfaces We expect from you: Completed or ongoing training in a technical field, for example in mechanical engineering, in design, or in a comparable specialization Very good Excel skills, as Excel is the central tool for daily work Strong logical and analytical thinking skills, especially when filtering, structuring, and enriching data as well as when solving complex issues Understanding of data structures and connections of data in technical design systems, Product Data Management, and ERP systems Experience with the relevant systems such as CREO, Windchill, and MS Dynamics AX is an advantage Good understanding of technical documentation and information contexts High degree of independence, good self-organization, as well as the ability to actively obtain necessary information and identify the correct contact persons We offer: Responsible and versatile area of activity Dynamic, successful, and future-oriented company Advanced social benefits Modern workplaces and infrastructure Excellent transport connections Do you recognize yourself and have we piqued your interest?
