Head of HR Services (all)

Your tasks

• You lead and develop our Switzerland-wide HR Service team with around 30 employees in Urdorf, Ostermundigen and Bulle.
• As a contact person, you advise and support subsidiaries and their management teams in all payroll and HR administration matters.
• You actively drive the unification and standardization of processes.
• Together with your team, you process complex issues and implement the strategic and operational goals of HR Services.
• You lead and accompany projects for the optimization and digitalization of HR processes and systems.
• You maintain and further develop the HR systems (especially Abacus and SFEC) including master data management, interfaces and testing.
• You bear overall responsibility for payroll processing, payroll accounting and all administrative HR processes.
• Your area of responsibility also includes the annual salary and bonus round, year-end work, personnel controlling as well as complex labor law issues.

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in a versatile HR function as well as sound leadership experience.
• Higher HR training, ideally with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) as an HR specialist, further training as an HR Manager HF or comparable higher professional education. Additional qualifications in payroll, labor law or HR management are an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law.
• Sound payroll experience as well as very good understanding of the relevant processes, legal requirements and social insurance law issues.
• Proficient German and French language skills.
• High digital affinity and enjoyment in the further development of HR processes, systems and structures.
• Strong communication skills, high empathy and a sense for different stakeholder groups.
• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented way of working as well as high process, quality and service understanding.
• Resilient, integrous and responsible personality with strong team orientation.
