Vocational Integration Specialist Location Bellikon At the Competence Center for Vocational Integration Bellikon, you support and accompany injured and/or ill individuals on their way back to the labor market. You design individual measures, conduct targeted assessments, and develop professional perspectives together with clients. As a bridge builder, you work in an interdisciplinary team with specialists from consulting, coaching, therapy, medicine, and social insurance. In an exciting environment, you develop sustainable professional perspectives for people in transition situations. Your working day is varied, meaningful, and characterized by real impact. Tasks Design measures: You plan, accompany, and evaluate individually tailored therapy processes and measures in the context of vocational integration Take responsibility: You have case responsibility for clients after an accident or illness Identify strengths: You accompany your clients in practical, theoretical, and ergonomic assessments, with a holistic view of individual resources, skills, abilities, and development potential Work in a network: You cooperate closely with the interdisciplinary team and internal specialists (e.g. career and career counseling, job coaching, occupational therapy, medicine) as well as with external partners such as social insurance, medical specialist offices, and other relevant actors Plan the future: Together with clients and involved parties (e.g. Suva, IV, employers), you develop realistic and feasible integration plans You recognize opportunities and build bridges: With a good sense of the current labor market, you accompany your clients Communicate clearly: You write detailed reports, recommendations, and documentation in precise German Think and shape: You contribute to projects and help develop our services further Profile Professionally sound: You have training in occupational therapy, psychology, a medical-therapeutic field, in work pedagogy or in a comparable field Experienced in vocational integration: You have solid experience in vocational integration, ideally in the context of social insurance (IV, Suva) Multifaceted competence: You have experience in accompanying people with physical and/or mental problems and also feel secure in demanding, complex situations Team player with attitude: You work gladly in a team, approach people of different origins with openness and appreciation, and always act in a solution-oriented manner Independent and responsible: You take responsibility, work in a structured manner, and bring your tasks forward with initiative Digitally fit and linguistically skilled: You master MS Office securely and express yourself in writing and orally in a stylistically confident manner in German.
