For the HPSZ Olten, we are looking for a teacher ISM, 24-45%. Your responsibility You are responsible for the holistic capture and promotion of the ISM children (students with integrative special educational measures at the regular school) entrusted to you. In addition, you teach, promote, and support them in close cooperation with the respective class teacher. You record the systematic observation of the learning progress and development of the ISM students in the educational documentation. You support students with diagnosed special educational needs through individual and needs-based instruction in their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. As a link, you work between the regular school and the specialist center. You convey educational content and competencies, taking into account the individual learning prerequisites and support needs of the students. In the multiprofessional team, you work with colleagues and external specialists and organize the use of existing professional competencies to support the holistic development process of the students. Your profile A training in school curative education, a teaching diploma, or a social pedagogical training form your professional basis; at the same time, you are characterized by commitment and a high sense of responsibility for the well-being of the students. With creative and adaptable approaches, you support the students in discovering and further developing their individual strengths. Through your pronounced communication skills and empathy, you succeed in building sustainable relationships and creating trust.
