The Foundation is a non-profit organization, recognized as being in the public interest and founded in 1972. The Childhood and Transition sector of La Fondation de Vernand supports the development of nearly 200 students presenting autism spectrum disorders and/or an intellectual disability. To contribute to our inclusive goals and guarantee the well-being, health and quality of life of the children, we are looking for the special education school of Fleur-de-Lys located in Ecublens, which welcomes students aged 5 to 12 presenting autism spectrum disorders with an intellectual disability: Special education teacher (M/F) – Permanent contract at 20 to 40% Profile A recognized basic degree in special education. Experience with children presenting an intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorders. An interest in inclusive schooling. A capacity and motivation to work in a multidisciplinary team and in partnership with families. Mastery of the Plan d’Etudes Romand – PER. We offer you Co-responsibility for students in a context allowing for personalized support with the aim of increasing their relational skills, their autonomy and helping them in their development and learning. An activity within a multidisciplinary team. Participation in institutional projects. A working framework adapted to the specific needs of the students.
