For the geriatric rehabilitation and transitional care ward with 27 beds, we are looking for a certified nursing professional HF immediately. ### What awaits you • Care and support of our patients and their environment according to established quality criteria / guidelines / standards • Planning, management and evaluation of all sub-steps in the nursing process from admission to discharge • Responsibility for professional communication with the patients and the interprofessional services • Co-responsibility for the trainees "Fachmann/-frau Gesundheit EFZ" and "Pflegefachmann/-frau HF" • Leading a sector with an assigned patient group How you help us move forward • Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or a foreign diploma with SRK recognition • Do you have experience in rehabilitation?
