What you can achieve • Administrative support for the management team and project organizations • Execution of agile ceremonies • Organizing internal and external meetings, workshops, and events • Hub function between different stakeholders in projects and teams • Continuous optimization of processes parallel to the scaling of the Business Area C5I • Preparation, processing, and checking of presentations, maintenance, and reviews of project and result documents • Minute taking and control activities • Appointment coordination and correspondence • Independent management of smaller projects What you bring with you • Degree as an Executive Assistant with federal diploma or basic business administration training, ideally Scrum Master certification • Several years of professional experience in an assistant function or as a project staff member in the IT sector • SAFe know-how is an advantage • Proficient MS-Office skills and IT affinity • Proficient in handling Confluence and Jira • Independent and proactive way of working with high commitment • Structured, organized, and conscientious personality with a hands-on mentality • Strong quality awareness, assertiveness, and a confident appearance • Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage Salary and benefits Around 3000 employees of RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make a significant contribution to the security of Switzerland every day.
