What awaits you

• You carry out expertise on damaged vehicles within the internal department and autonomously: you assess the damage, confirm the plausibility of the claim, calculate the current value of vehicles in the event of a total loss
• You expertize automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, as well as heavy goods vehicles and other agricultural machinery
• You also play a role as a mediator between the different parties involved during the processing of a claim
• You process photo files internally and occasionally support external experts in the Geneva and coast sector

Your skills

• Training and good professional experience in the field of mechanical automobile repair or bodywork with Federal Diploma and/or Federal Master
• Experience as a workshop manager or receptionist is an asset
• German or English level B2 is an advantage
• Comfortable with standard IT tools, Audatex and Auto-i is an asset
• Good knowledge of remote communication tools: e-service and youcit
• Customer service oriented and ability to manage complex situations
• Comfortable in conflict management
• Good team spirit, ease of communication, conscientious, autonomous and dynamic
• Flexible for daily professional travel and ideally residing on the coast or Geneva
