Your tasks

• You accompany children and adolescents who live in their residential group, involving their living and developmental spaces.
• You are responsible for individual comprehensive case management with a systemic focus in parental cooperation.
• You actively participate in team meetings, supervisions as well as systemic and psychiatric specialist and case consultation.
• You work in specialist groups.
• You are responsible for professional development and support planning.

Your profile

• Degree in social pedagogy/social work (FH/HF) or comparable training
• As a trustworthy person, you meet people appreciatively and shape relationships with commitment.
• In conflicts, you act with composure and decisiveness.
• You work in a solution-oriented manner and approach even challenging situations with a pinch of humor.
• You appreciate irregular working hours (evening, night and partly weekend shifts).
• Interest in the training and support of interns and social pedagogues in training
