Social Worker (60%) for Eastern Switzerland

Parkinson Schweiz has over 7000 members and is active nationally. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Social Worker (60%) for Eastern Switzerland from October or by agreement. The following activities will bring you joy • Consultations on questions about social insurance, Parkinson's at work (KTG, IV, BVG) and the financing of relief, care, day structure and nursing home stays (HE, EL). • Consultation on the topic of burdens/reliefs for relatives and those affected. • Formulation of financing requests • Conducting seminars with a consulting character You stand out because of • You have a degree in social work, in-depth knowledge of social insurance law and/or ideally a CAS in social insurance law • You competently advise people with chronic illnesses and their relatives • You work independently and in an interdisciplinary team • A high service orientation as well as a responsible, independent and reliable way of working characterizes you • You communicate confidently in German and have good oral French skills and possibly Italian language skills What we offer • Responsible, varied and independent activities in a nationally active organization • Pleasant, professional working environment in a committed and motivated team • Advanced working conditions, at least 5 weeks of vacation, good social benefits Workplace: Home office, preferably Canton St.Gallen/Graubünden/Thurgau
