Share What can you expect? ## During your three-year apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments and be deployed in the following work situations: • Receiving and forwarding bank customers • Advising bank customers • Supporting bank customers through digital channels • Assisting in customer consulting • Administratively preparing and following up on bank transactions • Collaborating on projects and organizing events such as taster days • Insight into marketing In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. The apprenticeship with us can be completed either as EFZ (Eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis) or with a vocational maturity. The industry customer teaching takes place at CYP in Root and the vocational school in Luzern.
