Deputy Head of Nursing and Care

Deputy Head of Nursing and Care
Our residents offer us opportunities for development and show us every day what life at Lebensart is really like: lively, emotional, impressive, honest and natural.
Can you organize, decide, lead – and at the same time listen, think along and also improvise when it counts? Then read on. If not: also fine, then we both save ourselves the time.
Our nursing home is not a place for working strictly to rule. Here it is about people, life stories and an everyday life that often runs differently than planned. That is exactly why we are not looking for a classic deputy.
Deputy Head of Nursing and Care
YOUR TASKS
We are looking for you if you think along, question things, take responsibility and also have the courage to do things differently. In your everyday life, you switch effortlessly between nursing, leadership and organization. You are present – in the departments, in exchange with residents, relatives and your team. You support the management, represent them when necessary, and at the same time bring in your own touch. You create structure without being rigid, and provide security without losing humanity.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a sound education in the nursing field and leadership experience. Titles are less important to us than attitude: taking responsibility, making decisions and also addressing unpleasant topics without losing respect.
Sounds like you? Then get in touch. No motivational novel necessary – we prefer to find out in conversation whether it fits.
WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO
What you will not find with us: rigid hierarchies, endless meetings without results or "that's the way we've always done it".
What you will find with us: scope for design, a team that sticks together, and the opportunity to really make a difference – for the people we care for, and for those who work here. jid6ac9b93jm jit0519jm jiy26jm
