For the location in Rüti ZH, we are looking for a: Quality Engineer 100% # Employment: 100% Location: Pfäffikon SZ Industry: Industry diverse Publication date: 05.08.2026 Tasks: • Active implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) within the framework of the development process • Responsible for initial sampling (PPAP/PPF) of new items • Implementation of quality advanced planning relevant aspects during changes, including PPAP/PPF • Coordination and processing of customer complaints using 8D • Coordination and processing of supplier complaints • Implementation of internal audits and supplier audits according to VDA 6.3 • Participation and/or co-organization of customer audits Profile: • Technical education (preferably a technical degree in mechanical engineering, etc.) • Experience in quality and process management; metal industry an advantage • Good Automotive Core Tools knowledge • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 • Confident German and very good English skills in spoken and written form • Confidence in dealing with customers and suppliers • Training as an internal auditor ISO 19011 (VDA 6.3 an advantage) • Confident handling of MS Office and good SAP, CAQ knowledge What you can expect: Modern workplace, international environment, collegial team and fair employment conditions.
