Our client is an established family business in steel construction, in the Solothurn region, which specializes in the manufacture of steel structures as well as the maintenance and overhaul of industrial plants. To strengthen the team, the client is looking for an experienced steel construction fitter as a team leader in an employment of 80-100%, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Leading the assembly team directly on the construction site
• Carrying out assembly work in the field of steel construction
• Organization and coordination of ongoing construction site processes
• Active participation in demanding industrial projects

Your profile

• Leadership experience as a steel construction fitter with demonstrable team leadership required
• Category B driver's license is mandatory
• Technical knowledge in the assembly of steel structures required
• Customer-oriented behavior and strong teamwork skills are required
