Machine Operator Milling Machine (m/w/d)

Our client is a modern family business and is one of the most important companies in the Swiss wood industry. To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated specialist. Your tasks • Monitoring of production and troubleshooting on the Balz system (feed, lift table, through-cutting) as well as cleaning of sensors • Monitoring of production and troubleshooting of the Esterer milling machine, the Hacker and the wood mill • Pre-sorting of cut part boards (directly sorting out very bad boards) • Ensuring that there are always enough wood packages on the feed conveyor • Making sure that the Hacker is not overfilled (monitoring via cameras) • Assisting with troubleshooting at the sorting plant in case of major disruptions • Carrying out various maintenance work on the machines according to the maintenance schedule Your profile • Completed training as a carpentry practitioner EBA or proven professional experience • Experience as a machine operator in operating, monitoring and maintaining required • Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation • Flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality with quality- and responsibility-conscious work approach • Good comprehension, technical understanding and exact as well as expeditious work approach • Driver's license category B and own vehicle necessary • German: stylistically secure (C2) Your perspectives You can expect a varied activity in an experienced and motivated team as well as a dynamic environment with a modern machine park.
