These tasks will inspire you

As a Project Manager with a focus on Transport and Warehouse Logistics, you work at the interface between Business and IT. You analyze and concretize our business requirements. In your main activity, you will accompany the planned replacement of our core system together with the internal IT team and our external partners. Furthermore, you will be deployed in individual smaller projects. For this versatile and exciting position, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality.

• Analysis and implementation of our requirements for logistics with a focus on transport and warehouse and other specialist departments
• Supporting the specialist departments in creating requirement specifications for solution approaches, taking into account the technical system requirements
• Developing proposals for optimization possibilities within the existing solution landscape, as well as participating in the evaluation of new applications
• Processing the project and sub-projects as well as work packages; creating the corresponding orders; evaluating suppliers and drafting contracts; planning personnel use (defining responsibilities, performance goals, personnel planning) for the project
• Recognizing the impact of change requests, problems, and changed framework conditions on the project
• Testing, documenting, and coordinating with internal and external partners
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and presenting the results

• Sound understanding of logistical processes and business management issues
