We, the Raiffeisenbank Cham-Steinhausen, are a successful and innovative bank that is among the largest Raiffeisen banks Switzerland-wide. At our locations in Cham, Steinhausen and Mettmenstetten, we employ around 80 employees, including 5 apprentices.

To complement our team at the headquarters in Cham, we are looking for a winning, committed and service-oriented personality.

Employee Steering & Controlling (m/f/d)

What awaits you?

Steering/Controlling

• Preparation and analysis of key figures for the financial planning of the bank
• Creation of meaningful reportings, reports and evaluations
• Analysis of earnings development as well as identification of causes and trends
• Creation of the budget as well as the multi-year and investment planning in close cooperation with the bank management
• Support of the bank management in the monitoring of Asset & Liability Management (ALM) and in liquidity management

Accounting

• Management of internal bank accounts (general ledgers and settlement accounts)
• Booking of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
• Execution of quarterly and annual closings

IT

• Central contact person for employees on IT questions as well as coordination with the IT of Raiffeisen Schweiz
• Planning of the IT and telecommunications infrastructure including maintenance and lifecycle management
• Responsibility for authorization and access management
• Participation in projects and initiatives in the area of IT and digitalization

• Completed banking training and several years of professional experience in the field of responsibility
