As part of our office's development, we are looking for a civil engineering draftsman CFC to join our team within the Projects & Realization Department.

We are a human-sized office, in which we prioritize direct exchanges, proximity, and teamwork. With us, you will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with engineers and technicians, participate in technical decisions, and follow your projects well beyond the creation of plans.

YOUR ACTIVITY

Your work will be varied and will allow you to intervene in different stages of projects, both in the office and in the field.

Concretely, you will be required to:

• Elaborate formwork, reinforcement, and execution detail plans for reinforced concrete structures.
• Create civil engineering plans including, in particular, earthworks, pipelines, and outdoor landscaping.
• Prepare reinforcement lists, tender plans, and execution dossiers.
• Adapt and update plans according to instructions from engineers and project evolution.
• Ensure the coordination of plans with architects and other mandatories.
• Participate in the preparation of calls for tender and the monitoring of execution dossiers.
• Take part, depending on the projects, in coordination meetings and site visits.
• Participate in the improvement of our working methods and the development of our IT tools.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a CFC as a civil engineering draftsman or an equivalent training.
• Ideally, you have between 3 to 5 years of experience or more in an engineering office in Switzerland.
• You are proficient in AutoCAD and BaCAD software.
• Knowledge in metal construction, wood, or BIM (Revit, Allplan) is an advantage.
• You know the SIA standards and construction practices in Switzerland.
• You work in an organized, precise, and autonomous manner.
• You appreciate teamwork and exchanges with different stakeholders.
• You are comfortable in French, both orally and in writing.
