Industrial Real Estate Marketing Specialist 80-100 % FTI, Fondation pour les terrains industriels de Genève, manages all industrial perimeters in the canton. As a public law foundation, it ensures support for the installation of companies in the industrial zones of the canton. As part of the canton's economic strategy, it aligns the supply of surfaces with the demand from eligible companies in ZI, while developing the infrastructure necessary to meet the needs of companies in terms of mobility and environmental management. Its action also aims to sustainably develop ZI, notably by: Provoking synergies between public actors, real estate developers, and companies, by being at the heart of the transformation of industrial activities in Geneva. Ensuring that industrial and artisanal companies are offered surfaces at competitive prices, in compliance with current legislation and by guaranteeing a good diversity of the economic fabric. Steering the transformation of ZI with the aim of reconciling economic activity with its environment, by proposing a quality and sustainable living environment. In order to strengthen the management pole team and the property management service, we are looking for a new position for a Industrial Real Estate Marketing Specialist 80-100 % Your mission: Ensure the marketing and follow-up of vacant surfaces (land and building rental portfolio), by implementing defined orientations and by participating, in collaboration with the head of service, in the adaptation of the strategy Organize and carry out visits to vacant objects, ensuring a qualitative and targeted presentation to prospects Ensure follow-up with prospects, from the first contact to the contracting stage, including the qualification of needs, organization of visits, follow-up of exchanges, reminders, and support for applications Application of the methodology for pre-selecting files, by analyzing applications in light of criteria defined internally (urgency, adequacy, compatibility of uses, solidity of projects) Prepare and present files for validation to the management commission, guaranteeing the quality, coherence, and completeness of information Collaborate, in connection with managers, on the formalization of contractual conditions until the conclusion of files Ensure follow-up of external agents (marketers, brokers, partners), including the steering of actions and the quality control of procedures Ensure the update and reliability of data related to marketing in internal tools (notably Terra) Produce and maintain follow-up tables (vacancy, solicitations, agents, temporary projects) and ensure regular reporting Contribute to the management of zones in transformation, in support of managers, notably in the follow-up of rental requests, support for relocation, and coordination of transitions Ensure the follow-up of service requests to the zone, for transitional uses (cultural and sporting), as well as for events, guaranteeing their adequacy with the defined orientations Organize, launch, and follow calls for projects for transitional uses, including the preparation of the framework, dissemination, analysis of applications, and follow-up of selected projects Ensure market monitoring and contribute to the adjustment of marketing practices Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of marketing tools and processes Ensure a central role of coordination and interface, involving regular interactions with internal teams, property management companies, prospects, and partners. Your profile: 5 years of experience in a similar position, and experience in property management. Training in real estate, a serious asset Excellent writing and organizational skills. Interest in data management systems and their analysis. Good command of MS Office IT tools (word, excel, powerpoint). Autonomy, analytical capacity, and ability to propose solutions.
