At least five years of experience in the field of unemployment insurance or good legal knowledge in the matter • Great autonomy and precision in work, analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as insight combined with a strong understanding of processes and accounting aspects • Excellent drafting skills to report ascertained facts with stylistic and legal mastery • Good communication skills to conduct challenging interviews with the heads of executive bodies and companies • Excellent active, written, and oral knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of a third <br /> In summary The SECO Directorate of Labour is the Confederation's competence center for the main issues relating to labor market policy and unemployment insurance. The <<Labor market / Unemployment insurance>> service area monitors compliance with the unemployment insurance law. The Audit Service is the sector responsible for audits relating to finance, compliance, and IT, as well as communicating audit results, as required. The Swiss French-speaking and Ticino CAD / CDL Compliance group of the Audit Service verifies the legitimacy of insurance benefits paid by unemployment funds and by companies.
