To complement our CREM & Boutique team in the Zurich or Bern branch, we are looking for a dynamic and professionally competent personality as Marketer Management CREM (m/f/d) Opfikon | Bern, 80-100% by arrangement. What you will do: * You independently carry out marketing mandates from the existing stock, in primary as well as additional assignments (vacancy and re-letting of office, retail and commercial spaces as well as apartments) * Proactive identification of future vacancies using vacancy reports * Development of marketing concepts and strategies (market and rent analysis, target group definition, marketing measures) * Various marketing measures, such as the management of websites, social media advertising and video marketing are planned and implemented by you * You create reports for the managed properties and proactively inform our customers (owners) * You independently conduct individual viewing appointments for interested parties, combined with targeted and service-oriented advice, and conduct contract negotiations up to and including the conclusion of the rental agreement * Issuing orders to craftsmen for renovation work and monitoring them * You develop feasibility studies together with architects * Preparation of sales documents / support in creating sales contracts and easement contracts as well as leaseback contracts upon presentation * Searching for rental space to rent for major customers Why you will succeed: * You have completed commercial training with further training as a real estate marketer or property manager with a federal diploma * You bring several years of experience in the field of marketing apartments/commercial properties or marketing * You know the Swiss real estate market well and continuously follow current developments * A strong flair for creativity and an understanding of marketing characterize you - in doing so, you also enjoy using innovative and new (digital) approaches * Technical construction knowledge is an advantage * You work independently and solution-oriented * Your language skills in German and French are fluent in spoken and written form * Entrepreneurial thinking comes easily to you Here are some of our benefits: * Working hours: We live mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work.
