Construction Operations Manager (100%)

What passionates you

• You hold the strings: you organize our construction company with 3-4 employees and about 5 apprentices, plan orders and missions, and ensure that everyone knows what they have to do and when
• You are an expert and you roll up your sleeves: whether it is masonry, plastering, transformation or renovation work - you are at the heart of the action
• You lead with head and heart: you master your team, know how to delegate responsibilities and find the right tone even in the daily routine which is sometimes a bit hectic with the young people
• You train the artisans of tomorrow: you accompany our apprentices on a professional and personal level, prepare them for professional qualification and assume the teaching at the vocational school as part of our training
• You have a sense of the customer: you act professionally, find solutions and ensure that our orders are executed cleanly, reliably and to the satisfaction of our clientele
• You do not simply want to manage: you bring ideas, develop the company and make Albisbrunn a little better every day as a training site

What you bring

• You have training in the building sector, ideally as a site manager, and several years of professional experience in the Swiss construction sector
• You have management experience, a talent for organization and an entrepreneurial mindset
• You master costs, budgets, deadlines and quality, and work autonomously and reliably
• You are a professional trainer or wish to become one, and gladly pass on your know-how in a clear manner and with pleasure
• You are open, capable of working in a team and respectful, and you want to accompany young people with varied strengths, challenges and developmental rhythms
• You speak and understand Swiss German and can communicate in an appropriate, clear and simple manner with young people, employees and the clientele
