Electrical Engineer / Automation

Electrical and application engineering in the field of electrical drive technology, positioning systems and automation for research at the Center for Neutron and Muon Research (CNM). Conception, planning, implementation and commissioning of Motion Control (Maxon ZUB, Deltatau, Technosoft, etc.), PLC and pneumatic applications for scientific instrument and plant construction. Provision and programming of already established Motion Control systems. Development, provision and programming of Siemens PLC systems. Carrying out maintenance work on the machines. Requirements: Completed B.Sc. degree (FH) or Dipl. technician (HF) in electrical and information technology, system technology or equivalent knowledge. Good background in electronics, sensor/actuator technology, measurement technology, drive technology and automation. Very good specialist knowledge in the field of PLC and their programming (ideally Siemens Simatic, ST/SCL + FUP). Knowledge of C programming, control technology and ideally also pneumatics. Knowledge of network systems + topologies. Reliability, self-responsible action and team spirit. Good communication skills. Good German and English language skills in word and writing.
