For our Weekend MaxMara store in the heart of Zürich at Falkenstrasse 11, 8001 Zürich, we are looking for a motivated and committed Store Manager, effective immediately or by arrangement.

As Store Manager, you bear the responsibility for the entrepreneurial management of the branch and, together with your motivated team, shape the appearance of the branch.

Your main tasks:

• Active sales and customer advice for our local and international clientele
• Organization and management of the branch
• Inventory management, goods receipt, and sales control
• Planning of window displays and Visual Merchandising
• Leadership, coaching, motivation, and personnel scheduling for 3 employees
• Organization of local events in cooperation with the management

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in the sale of high-quality fashion, ideally initial leadership experience
• Entrepreneurially thinking personality with a high degree of initiative, commitment, and flexibility
• Stylish, well-groomed appearance with impeccable manners
• Good local network of relationships
• Strong flair for Visual Merchandising
• High sense of responsibility and exemplary reliability
• German as a native language and very good English skills, French is an advantage
