IT Support and Mobile Deployment Technician We are looking for a Support & Mobile Migration Technician (Android) to join us in Lausanne. Start date: 17 August 2026 Duration: 3 months (until 20 November 2026, extension possible) Your role Take charge of users coming by appointment for the migration of their mobile terminal (Android smartphones and tablets). Perform the factory reset of the device and the removal of the old MDM console. Proceed with the enrollment of the equipment in the new MDM tool (Microsoft Intune) by scrupulously following the established procedure. Accompany the user during the modification of their password and apply the new security rules. Perform functional checks and the final acceptance with the user. Keep up to date the tracking file of interventions and daily achievements. Profile sought Proven experience in local support missions, masterization or migration of mobile fleets / workstations. Solid mastery of the Android environment and knowledge of MDM tools (ideally Microsoft Intune and/or AirWatch / Workspace ONE). Irreproachable rigor and ability to follow detailed technical procedures step by step. Interpersonal skills, pedagogy and sense of service to reassure and accompany users during appointments.
