For the competence center of one of the best-known and most popular Swiss mobility clubs (Bern region), we are looking for a 2nd Level Supporter 100% Your daily mission: Explaining, solving, inspiring • You are not responsible for the standard stuff. When a case becomes too tricky in the 1st Level, you come into play. You analyze, understand, and solve the problem. • You advise our members at eye level and find exactly the mobility or insurance solutions that are worth their weight in gold in their situation. • You manage the associated administration (inquiries via email, tailor-made offers, and system updates) quickly and with absolute confidence. Qualifications • The background: A completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ) and a personality that enjoys communicating with people. Career changers with drive are absolutely welcome! • The language joker (Mandatory): You switch effortlessly between German and French C1. You master both languages so confidently that you can also bring complex issues to the point charmingly. • The mindset: You are quick-witted, think solution-oriented, and remain calm even when a lot is going on.
