In this key role, you will develop forward-looking strategies, promote innovation, network people and ideas, and create sustainable business value for the entire company. Program Manager AI Transformation & Innovation (all) # Your Field of Activity • Overall responsibility for AI Transformation & Innovation (strategy, roadmap, budget, KPIs, risks) • Development and implementation of the AI strategy at the group level • Promoting AI innovation through identification, prioritization, and scaling of AI Use Cases along the value chain • Establishment of AI governance, compliance, and operating models • Promoting a data-driven, innovative corporate culture including Change Management • Building a group-wide network and close cooperation with management and stakeholders • Leading international, interdisciplinary teams and communities Your Strengths • Completed university degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field • At least 10 years of professional experience in transformation, digitalization, AI, innovation, or consulting • Several years of leadership experience in large corporate programs • Demonstrable success in scaling digital solutions with business impact • Sound technological understanding (AI, data, automation, platforms) as well as strong competencies in program, change, and stakeholder management (up to C-Level) • Entrepreneurial thinking, high implementation competence • Very strong communication and presentation skills in German and English • Ideally, you have industry knowledge in the energy / infrastructure environment • Willingness to travel within the DACH region We do not wish to receive inquiries from personnel service providers.
