Your tasks

• Ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the technical building infrastructure.
• Organization and execution of electrical tests as well as safety inspections.
• Identifying optimization potential and implementing measures to increase energy efficiency and operational safety.
• Independent execution of maintenance, inspection, and repair work.
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults as well as initiation of appropriate immediate measures.
• Obtaining, comparing, and evaluating offers from external suppliers and service providers.
• Responsibility for smaller technical projects from planning to implementation.
• Cooperation and coordination with external specialist companies as well as craft businesses.

Your profile

• Completed training as an Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ or Montage-Elektriker/in EFZ.
• Several years of experience in the field of building technology, ideally with HLKKSE systems.
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Ability to work in a team as well as strong service orientation.
• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language.
