Your field of activity

• You ensure that our demanding renovation projects are successfully implemented on the construction site and ensure a smooth construction process
• As the central contact person on site, you lead the construction site personnel, coordinate daily tasks, and work closely with the construction management
• You implement the planning and technical specifications with quality awareness and contribute to meeting deadlines, costs, and quality goals
• You recognize challenges early and coordinate suitable solutions with the construction management and project stakeholders
• With seamless performance recording through daily and hourly reports as well as measurements, you ensure reliable construction site documentation
• You ensure that occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection are consistently observed on the construction site

Your foundation

• You have basic training in the main construction industry and have ideally completed further training as a foreman or supervisor
• Experience in renovation, property maintenance, or complex construction activities helps you to keep an overview even in challenging situations
• With your natural authority, you lead and motivate employees and promote good cooperation on the construction site
• You work responsibly, think ahead, and act in a cost- and quality-conscious manner within the scope of your function
• You enjoy the exchange with customers, planners, contractors, and construction management
• Initiative, reliability, and a pragmatic solution orientation characterize you
