You are the central hub in package sorting and coordinate processes, personnel, and facilities in shift operations. This is what you can achieve. • You ensure compliance with quality standards and completion times together with the team leaders. • Ensuring a smooth material flow and close cooperation with the Hoflogistik control center are part of your area of responsibility. • You decide on the use of facilities and initiate necessary measures in consultation in the event of disruptions. • In this function, you coordinate the optimal use of personnel and ensure a smooth flow of information and clear communication. • You actively contribute to the analysis and optimization of processes and contribute to continuous improvement with new ideas. • In the role of Deputy Operations Manager: Packages, you do not assume direct leadership responsibilities, but rather work in close cooperation with the operations managers and the specialist responsible for package sorting. This is what you bring. • You have a logistical or equivalent basic education and further training in the field of logistics or organization. • Analytical thinking, assertiveness, and process- and goal-oriented action characterize you. You also have technical understanding and a good sense of IT systems. • In hectic situations, you remain calm, keep an overview, and act in a solution-oriented manner. • You are physically resilient and fit for regular shift and Sunday work with packages up to 30 kg. • Very good spoken and written German skills as well as safe handling of MS-Office complete your profile.
