Job Description

Within the Brand Creative Studio, and reporting to the Brand Creative Studio Manager, you will bring the brand's graphic expression to life.

You will translate the creative territories defined by the Studio into visual identities, graphic systems, and communication materials, designed to be deployed consistently across all touchpoints. As a branding reference, you will develop guidelines, support teams in their application, and ensure compliance with brand codes.

With a sharp visual and graphic design culture, you will play a key role in the graphic and visual development of projects.

Your main activities:

  • Design and produce print and digital communication materials (publications, newsletters, presentations, events, signage, brochures, etc.).
  • Guarantee irreproachable execution of deliverables while respecting constraints, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Adapt graphic creations to different formats, uses, and distribution channels.
  • Create and develop the visual identities of projects (logos, branding, graphic elements, and recognition codes).
  • Extend visual identities consistently across all brand media and universes.
  • Build and formalize clear, sustainable, and easily deployable graphic systems and guidelines.
  • Serve as the branding reference by ensuring respect for and consistency of brand codes.
  • Manage several projects simultaneously and support stakeholders by challenging graphic proposals to maintain a high level of quality.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and subsidiaries, while contributing to the evolution of the studio through active monitoring in design, branding, and visual culture.

Qualifications

  • You hold a higher degree in the field of graphic design, creation, applied arts, or equivalent; you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a creative studio, agency, or luxury house
  • You have a solid graphic and visual culture, rigor, and a keen sense of detail, with a strong sensitivity to the worlds of luxury, design, art, and watchmaking
  • You have a very good knowledge of communication media as well as print production and manufacturing processes (printing, finishes) and the ability to communicate with technical partners
  • You have experience in creating graphic guidelines
  • You have excellent mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design software (Sketch, Figma)
  • You are comfortable working in a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously, and you know how to handle stressful situations and unforeseen events
  • Your appetite for or mastery of complementary disciplines (motion design, illustration, UX/UI knowledge, AI) constitute real assets
  • You perfectly master French as well as English, both spoken and written
