The mandate accounting team is the fiduciary hub for our real estate owners and is primarily responsible for the closing of building accounts as well as evaluations and management fees.

Your tasks:

• Management and monitoring of service charge statements.
• Execution of entries and accounting corrections in our IT system.
• You are our internal contact person regarding real estate accounting.
• Processing of real estate entries and exits, from master data entry to the validation of collection.
• Analysis of collections within the framework of real estate accounting and independently initiating the necessary steps for dialogue with stakeholders.

Your profile:

• You have a commercial training (CFC), training in accounting and initial experience in real estate accounting.
• You have good work organization, you are flexible and precise, you know how to demonstrate autonomy.
• You have an analytical and reflective capacity that allows you to obtain results quickly.
• You are open-minded and you like working in a team.
• You master the French language and you have basic knowledge of German.
• Good knowledge of REM software would be an asset.
