On a daily basis, you put your expertise at the service of each customer to accompany them and advise them on solutions adapted to their needs. With solid experience in sales, you play a key role in the development of Assura and the satisfaction of its customers. What you do on a daily basis • You develop your clientele by meeting new customers. To support this dynamic, you actively engage in the design and implementation of commercial actions, in connection with field challenges and your team's priorities. • Listening to expectations and understanding needs guide your approach: you accompany each customer by proposing adapted solutions and you build a lasting and high-quality relationship with them. • You ensure rigorous follow-up of exchanges and administrative procedures, to offer an optimal and professional experience from the first contact. Your sense of organization and your ability to create connections are essential to guarantee quality support. • To take on these challenges, your manager supports you daily and you work in close collaboration with the entire team. What you bring to the team • You have completed commercial training. AFA certification would be an asset.
