Sales Consultant in shop (m/f/d)

tasks

• you advise and support craftsman customers competently and in a service-oriented manner in the specialist store
• in addition, you support customers in the selection of tools, fittings and other craftsman supplies
• you ensure an attractive presentation of goods and manage the assortment
• furthermore, you prepare offers, process orders and handle customer inquiries
• close cooperation with the internal sales department completes your area of responsibility

requirements

• you have basic training as a retail specialist / retail specialist with sound knowledge in the field of tools and fittings, ideally from specialist retail
• alternatively, you are a trained carpenter seeking to enter specialist consulting
• technical knowledge in the field of construction, craftsmanship and/or hardware is a great advantage
• in addition, good manners and a professional appearance are essential for this task
• good German skills in word and writing and sales talent complete your profile
• do you describe yourself as a team player, committed and solution-oriented?
