You will support operations management, ensure the smooth running of processes, and work actively in daily operations. You will assume responsibility for the bar/catering, projection, events, games including bowling, and team management. Together, we enthusiastically serve our customers with reliable service and high quality. ### Your area of responsibility • Support for operations management during events, in operational processes, and mission planning • Participation in the recruitment, integration, and development of employees • Professional leadership of the team as well as ensuring the required specialized knowledge • Training of employees on product offerings, food intolerances, as well as quality and safety standards • Compliance with and guarantee of hygiene rules according to HACCP as well as directives for the distribution of alcoholic beverages in accordance with Swiss food regulations • Welcoming and advising customers with friendliness and competence • Responsibility for the management of assortments and goods, the cash desk and correct recordings, as well as administrative tasks and equipment maintenance in the catering sector • Active participation in daily operations • Central contact person for events including operational planning, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, as well as ensuring feasibility, quality, and compliance with event and brand standards • Professional leadership and support of employees in the event context including coordination during setup, execution, and dismantling • Management of the cinema, bowling, and building technology (air conditioning, heating, ventilation) • Responsibility for projection, image, sound, and light quality • Assurance of the smooth functioning of technical installations (bowling, laser tag) including employee training, compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as coordination of maintenance, repairs, and events Your profile • Completed training or experience in gastronomy, hospitality, service, or cinema; technical understanding and interest present • You already have initial experience in personnel management as well as in the field of bar, service, and gastronomy • We serve our customers seven days a week, which is why we expect availability from you for evening and weekend missions • Confident communication, very good knowledge of German; other languages an asset • Positive attitude, good manners, and high social competence • Authentic personality with a role model function • We can count on your autonomous, service-oriented, and quality-conscious way of working • You have a practical mentality and are not afraid of novelty • In stressful situations, you react calmly, thoughtfully, and act with anticipation • You enjoy working in a team, share your knowledge proactively, and show active assistance • Good manners and a neat appearance are a matter of course for you Your next step We look forward to your complete and convincing application.
