YOUR TASKS • Ordering of meals using the electronic ordering system OrgaCard as well as according to medical guidelines, including serving the meals • Patient escort service upon admission and discharge • Presentation of the patient rooms and the infrastructure of the Klinik Hirslanden • Care of visitors • Responsible for cleanliness and order in the patient room and in one's own area, taking into account the Hirslanden quality standards, including flower care and laundry supply • Ensuring the well-being of our demanding patients in close cooperation with nursing, the kitchen, the reception, and the floor cleaning • Training new employees in the corresponding field of activity <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Training in the field of hotel management or gastronomy with EFZ • Professional experience in the service industry • High social competence as well as reliability • Very good oral and written German skills, good English skills, as well as any other foreign language is an advantage <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, an inter- and multiprofessional working, well-coordinated team awaits you.
