Your tasks

• Personnel management and professional supervision of the nursing team for 33 residents
• Co-responsibility in the recruitment of new employees
• Planning and conducting team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports
• Responsible for the organization of service processes, implementation of work processes and service planning with Polypoint PEP
• Management and steering of care reports, professional nursing interviews
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal concepts
• Active participation in the development of care offers in the establishment
• Global management and care of residents in accordance with our care model and the care process
• Assume responsibilities as day manager and reference person in care
• Assume tasks as a thematic referent on a specialized subject and thus contribute to the group network for the quality of care

Your profile

• Completed training as a qualified nurse FH/HF/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Professional and management experience in long-term care or psychiatry desired
• Professional experience with people suffering from dementia desired
• Warm and humorous attitude
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good command of German, spoken and written
