Tasks ##

• You actively participate in digitalization and transformation projects in the field of Smart Metering, energy data management, and workforce management and drive the automation of business processes.
• As a Business Engineer, you analyze requirements, advise on best practices, and design efficient end-to-end processes across multiple systems.
• You design, implement, and accompany solutions for data, process, and system landscapes until successful implementation, with a focus on master, meter, and measurement data processes.
• Together with specialist departments and IT, you further develop our business applications and accompany expansions, optimizations, and new solutions.
• As a Key User, you ensure stable operation, high data quality, and reliable 2nd-level support, enable Power Users, and coordinate incidents and changes.

Profile ##

• You have a higher education degree (HF, FH, ETH, or University) in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.
• You have already gained experience in business or requirements engineering, in the further development of business applications, and in the analysis and optimization of end-to-end processes.
• Strong analytical skills characterize you and help you to recognize connections between data and processes; knowledge in SQL, Data Warehouse, BI, or Analytics is an advantage.
• Ideally, you are familiar with SAP (e.g., IS-U, BW, MM, WM) or comparable enterprise applications and have already gained experience in Smart Metering, energy data management, or the energy industry.
• You work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented manner and develop sustainable solutions for technical requirements together with the specialist departments.
