Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a Polymechaniker/in CNC-Fertigung 100%

Tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Programming, setting up, and manufacturing high-precision mold and fixture components on modern CNC milling machines using powerful CAM systems
• Creating and optimizing CNC programs for the manufacturing of complex components as well as independent operation and setup of sinker EDM machines
• Independent quality inspection of manufactured components through precise measuring, testing, and documenting, taking into account the specified quality and tolerance requirements
• Optimizing and further developing manufacturing processes and workflows to increase quality, efficiency, and economic viability
• Analysis and rectification of manufacturing problems as well as continuous improvement of machining strategies and manufacturing parameters
• Close cooperation with assembly in the production, coordination, and completion of molds and fixtures
• Implementation of technical drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing documents into precisely manufactured single and series parts
• Ensuring timely, quality-conscious, and efficient manufacturing in compliance with defined specifications and standards

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training as Polymechaniker EFZ, ideally with a specialization in CNC-Fertigung
• Several years of professional experience in subtractive manufacturing, preferably in a demanding production environment
• Sound experience in handling 5-axis CNC milling machines and modern manufacturing technologies
• Good knowledge in the programming and operation of Heidenhain controls is an advantage
• Experience in the field of sinker EDM is desirable
• Strong quality and precision awareness as well as a careful and conscientious way of working
• Enjoyment of technically demanding tasks and the ability to act in a solution-oriented manner even when facing complex challenges
• Independent, reliable, and proactive way of working as well as openness to flexible and varied tasks
• Willingness to take responsibility, actively further develop existing processes, and constructively contribute your own specialist knowledge to the team
• Team-oriented personality with high commitment, technical understanding, and enjoyment of continuous improvement
