Head of Overall Planning New Construction

You lead complex new construction projects from the initial customer contact to the building permit and coordinate interdisciplinary planning teams.

Tasks

• Leading complex projects in early phases from initial contact to building permit
• Collecting, structuring, and documenting functional requirements
• Deriving clear project goals and definition of the scope of services
• Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary planning and specialist teams
• Controlling the planning with regard to functionality, economic efficiency, and deadlines
• Coordinating the building permit process and handover to execution

Profile

• Completed training in construction: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology HF/FH or comparable
• Several years of experience from early project phases in the TU/GU environment or real estate development
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary planning teams
• Familiarity with official processes and Swiss standards and guidelines
• Clear and convincing communication with clients, investors, and authorities
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as fluent English skills
