Automation Technician: Internal Repair # What you will do: • Planning and execution of repair orders (approximately 60% operational), including performing fault analyses and repair quotes (approximately 40% administrative) • Participation in the optimization of repair processes taking into account 5S, Lean, ESD, and occupational safety standards • Management of small internal projects • Technical and disciplinary representation of the group leader   What you bring: • Completed apprenticeship as an automation technician or equivalent technical training; continuing education at HF or FH level is an asset • At least 10 years of professional experience, particularly in the assembly of electronic and electromechanical components; knowledge of IT, RMA, and SAP is appreciated • Structured and autonomous working method as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment • Team-oriented personality with strong problem-solving skills, a great willingness to learn, and a practical mindset • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (B1) as well as marked skills in oral and written communication, active listening, presentation skills, and confidence   Why Comet?
