Therefore, we are looking for a committed, professionally skilled and personally convincing personality as: Residential Group Leader Dementia Your task You lead our dementia residential group professionally, personally and organizationally and, together with your team, ensure professional, individual and appreciative care and support. In doing so: • You lead and develop your team in everyday life • You organize and coordinate the processes in the residential group • You work closely with relatives, doctors and other specialists • You work with the nursing classification system RAI and ensure professional documentation and service recording What you must bring • Diploma as a nursing specialist HF or an equivalent training • Experience in the care and support of people with dementia • Leadership experience, or you are willing to complete training What awaits you • Predominantly regular working days from Monday to Friday • A responsible leadership function with a lot of creative freedom • The leadership of an established and specialized dementia residential group • A well-coordinated, stable and committed team that is looking forward to your support • Short decision-making paths and open cooperation • Attractive working conditions and an appreciative corporate culture • Support from experienced specialists and leaders Are you interested?
