Our client is a modern, family-run business in the Central Swiss region with around 30 employees. Over the past 25 years, it has developed into a leading company in its industry, beyond Central Switzerland, as a trading and service company. Due to strong growth and investments made in recent years, it is now necessary to review and adjust the services and processes, and make the right decisions. To do this, we are looking for you as a finance-affine business economist / change and process manager / leadership personality (60 – 100 %) Based on the financial key figures that you develop with your team, you restructure the internal processes, from procurement to inventory management, customer services to sales. You make the corresponding management decisions in consultation with the owner. You analyze numbers and processes, adapt the structures and take the employees along on this journey. You achieve visible results and realize the next development step. To do this, we are looking for you as a financially and process-strong, forward-thinking personality with a higher education as a business economist Uni/FH or engineer FH. You have both experience in a leadership position and in change processes, act on the basis of financial key figures in a targeted, agile and assertive manner. You are able to make decisions and take people with you. You enjoy questioning corporate processes and creating new structures, looking beyond the horizon and thinking strategically as well as acting operationally.
